Household Plumbing (a division of Carey Plumbing Limited) collects personal information over the course of its business relationship with you as the client or user through use of our website(s) or by visiting our store. We collect personal information when:

  • When you respond to a job offer

Anonymous information and Google Analytics

Household Plumbing collects anonymous information in the course of its business relationship with a client or user, this information does not identify this individual. This information is used to analyze customer usage of Household Plumbing's website(s) and to improve the quality of the client or users experience. Examples of anonymous information we collect in these situations are:

Unless the client or user specifically authorizes Household Plumbing to send personal information, We will not disclose, sell or rent to any third party or organization any personal information that the client or user may provide during their business relationship with Household Plumbing.

In order to protect your information, Household Plumbing limits access to your provided personal information only to employees of certain departments (i.e. Customer Support, Technical Support) who need to know for the purposes of their functions.

Or from Google to our offices in London, Ontario. Household Plumbing protects your information that is stored on our servers using SSL/TLS encryption.

Given the public nature of the internet, you agree and acknowledge that the security of communications through the internet cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, Household Plumbing cannot guarantee nor shall bear any liability for any breach of confidentiality, hacking, viruses, loss, theft or alteration of information transmitted or hosted on our website.

Household Plumbing retains the information you provide only as long as necessary or relevant to conduct business, for the specified purpose or as required by law.
